    Carrot Cake - the original; no nuts, raisins, or coconut. Frosted with a cream cheese buttercream

    Vintage Red Velvet - a time honored recipe with a rich cream cheese buttercream

    Lemon-Elderflower - yellow layer cake, lemon curd filling and an essence of elderflower buttercream

    Wedding White - delicious white layer cake with white frosting

  • PREMIUM PALATE

    Toffee - vanilla cake with dulce de leche, toffee crunch and cream cheese buttercream

    Pistachio Crunch- white cake layers with a layer of white chocolate-pistachio crunch, fresh raspberry preserves, and white chocolate

    Cookies and Cream- chocolate-cookie cake layers with a filling of smashed cookies and white frosting

    Rich Chocolate-Morello Cherries - such a specialty - rich chocolate cake layers with a layer of morello cherry preserves, and white chocolate buttercream

    Sicilian Orange - olive oil cake with orange curd and orange buttercream

    Earl Grey - earl grey tea flavored cake layers with a lemon touched buttercream

    Biscoff Caramel - vanilla bean layer cake, dulce de leche and Biscoff crumb filling, with cream cheese buttercream

  • Prices include cake set-up and my special one-year anniversary cake. There is an additional delivery fee beyond Rockland County NY.

    I specialize in sugar flowers at an additional cost.

    Alternatively, you can have your florist provide cut flowers for me to arrange on the cake. In either case, as we progress, we can design your cake according to your esthetic.
